Since its inception, Iberol has always had some contact with Universities, however, it was from 2007 onwards with the creation of the Department of Technological Development that it intensified the relationship with the National Scientific and Technological System (SCTN).

Establishes various protocols and partnerships within the SCTN

  • Providing in the long term the realization of PhD theses in an industrial environment (carried out within the Iberdiesel project in co-promotion with the university)

  • Promoting about six internships per year for the realization of master’s theses with a duration of 6 months, giving an opportunity to newly graduated students to acquire practical industrial experience and applicability of the knowledge acquired in the course.

  • Promoting around ten to fifteen short-term internships per year for one to two months, giving students who have not yet graduated an opportunity to get in touch with their professional experience and work environment.

  • Competing in Co-Promotion projects that fall into the category R&DT companies, comprising industrial research activities and process development, including the experimental component, and the introduction of significant improvements in the existing production process

  • It welcomes and integrates students from training centers and professional schools
